Phil and the guys did an outstanding job of zoning our HVAC system. When building the home, the previous owner didn't dress out the 1400 square foot basement initially, but did so later, so six additional ducts and vents were added to the system for the basement. When All American added an additional trunk and rerouted numerous ducts, several obstacles had to be overcome, as major changes needed to be administered when supplying the 3 zones. When we bought our house last year. We had all American come out and fix our heat. It's a very old system on it's last leg but they worked their magic and got it running. It was much cheaper than we thought it would be. Then, this year our main breaker would trip when the heat was on. Not exactly an HVAC problem, but we weren't sure so we called all American and they came out the very next morning. Again, major problem, they worked their magic. They sent Markus out and he was very knowledgeable also with customer service on point.
