“While the costs are very, very reasonable, I didn’t feel like the young people working the cars and pets were very friendly or knowledgeable about handing my dogs coming in and out. I guess I expected them to be more attentive to my dogs’ fear and anxiety instead of just dragging them at the end of the lead. Maybe I have too high of expectations?“
