The clinic is quick to respond to urgent needs, as seen when a pet was examined and treated promptly for lethargy and stomach issues. They also work hard to accommodate pets with special needs, including those lost or in distress, providing loving and attentive care. While prices may be a bit high, they are comparable to other veterinary services in the area. Overall, Greenbrier Animal Hospital strives to build lasting, trusting relationships with both pets and their owners, making it a trusted choice for pet health.
I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Dr. Eric and the whole crew were absolutely incredible with our Sadie. She's a rescue with fear aggression and because of this she's a very hard case. I called and explained the situation ahead of time and everyone there was so patient and understanding with her. I was dreading this appointment, but everything went so much smoother than I ever expected it would because of their kindness. These people know and understand dogs! We were able to get her issue diagnosed and meds prescribed and get her back home without incident. They're amazing, and we'll never go anywhere else. 10/10 will 100% recommend them to everyone we know.
My ole girl has been lethargic and not eating well over the weekend. I called them first thing this morning and they got me in at 10 AM very pleased with the young vet. He examined her gave her a steroid shot and carafate for her tummy. He suggested we get her a different wet dog food since she has been picky with her dry. She is feeling better tonight. So thankful they saw her fast. This was her first visit
Dr. Chris Ward and all the staff are wonderful. We have 4 dogs and Dr Ward has been taking care of them all for years. Recently our oldest dog was lost for 11 days. When we finally found her they worked us in so she could be checked out. I am so grateful to Dr Ward and all the staff for their help and loving care they show our fur babies. Thank you and God bless you!
