I’m kinda sad that the stone is set and process is complete. I’ve enjoyed talking to Pamela and getting her guidance throughout this experience. I was initially concerned about living in Florida and the stone being set in Arkansas. Everything was done over the phone and computer but it went seamlessly. We did have one hiccup (it was our - the families - fault. Check, check, check the dates for the stone! And then check again!) Pamela went above and beyond to fix it. Pamela is sympathetic, empathetic, professional yet personable. We will definitely be getting more headstones from her in the future as needed.
