“Look no further! My AC unit is less than a year old and was installed by another HVAC company. It went out in the middle of the night last night....again. When I called the original company that installed it telling them that it was already 80° in my house, they told me they could not come out until July 29th. That is 14 days from now! My Guys HVAC was referred to me by a coworker. When I explained that I have my 80-year-old mother in the house with a heart condition and that she could not tolerate such heat, Guy said that he could be there in about 2 hours. In LESS than 2 hours, the problem was fixed for a very reasonable price. Guy was super nice on the phone, and I couldn't be more thankful for his compassion in this situation.
