We had Window World install 28 new windows in our home. The windows arrived in the timeframe they set at ordering, and install went very well. Very knowledgeable and polite installation crew who were efficient and cleaned up their mess. The new windows are leaps and bounds better than our 15 year old contractor grade original windows. I would definitely recommend them and the lifetime warranty is nice.

The ACTUAL people that you see (salesperson, installers) are great. The “owners” are another story. The owner makes you feel it is a bother to her to actually answer questions about your windows—UNLESS you want to buy windows. The product is great, the office customer service not so much. I have sent at least 2 emails— no response.Service: Window installation

I bought windows from them and everything was fine until one window needed replaced because seal broke. They made a new one but for some reason they couldn't find the time to install it so it sat in their warehouse for more than a year, I finally had to go get it myself and install it myself. The only reason I give them 3 stars is that I like the windows but customer service is terrible.
