They came on the scheduled day and gave us a reduced rate for a larger-than-expected work day. That earned them the single star.Absolutely nothing we asked them to do ended up getting done completely or correctly, and as I type this, plumbers from another company are here finishing and fixing the aftermath. We gave Stacy's the benefit of the doubt at first because it was a large job that ended up taking two visits, but in the end, part of the problem was just lazy work. We're now paying for the same work a second time.

This Danny with River Valley Lawncare Services. Accidentally knocked customers faucet off and I called Stacy's plumbing service and they were here within thirty minutes. Quick service and good prices, definitely recommend.

I've worked for a plumbing company in Fort Smith where Stacy was a plumber. Stacy was always professional. No job was too big for him. Stacy received lots of compliments for his workmanship. He was a loyal plumber to the company; and to all his customers. I never received any complaints about the jobs he went too. i was proud to work with Stacy. Thanks! Suzanne
