The lady there is very patient. I've been going there after I realized that another provider wasn't a real laser hair removal. If you go somewhere that is using a cold gel with the "Laser" I wouldn't recommend going there. This place uses a real laser machine. The results are actual. I have no hair. It's not painful and you return less often that other places. I wish I had known the difference between a real laser hair removal as this, and the not so effective treatments. This laser will shoot you with cold air, that is what a laser hair removal should do. Effective. Fast. Affordable. Def. Recommend.
