“The contractor they used to do the roof did a good job. I was disappointed in the sales man however, he did not stand behind his word. I needed a small section of gutters done after all my work was done that I was willing to pay for and he said he would get it taken care of. I ended up having to find someone else. I also referred my neighbor and they replaced his roof on his shop the sales man said there was a referral reward they would pay but I never got it or heard back on that either. It's been awhile back but I just don't like company's that say one thing and do another. It seemed like to me they must pay there sales men per job and once the big payout jobs were done they were done helping me. I would never refer them to anyone else because they didn't stand behind their word.

I've always been the tenant that can handle most things myself like if I can't do it I'm going to call you know but I'm pretty much the type that you ain't going to hear from me unless it's something like major and I can't do it so in the same note you would understand what I mean when I say that they are respectful of your privacy they don't be making u feel some type way because most places they do pop up or they give you problems where you shouldn't have problems or where they could work with you most people don't but actually they do here and I was happy that I decided to rent through them and they reasonable that work with you I mean you keep your word and do them right they'll do you right, respect you and they give you privacy n peace of mind able to relax and feel in our own space instead pop up in your business or nagging n complaining noise that makes a lot landlord tenant relationships a neg experience type vibes all time I mean it's honestly I'd have to say I'll stay with them until I can buy my own house how about that or whether it be the same house or trying out different houses until we find the one... I'm just saying that I'll be doing business with them until I hit the lottery and I can buy n I won't have to rent no more lol but until then they got my business I give them a five hands down but real talk nothing but respect n boundaries w good positive vibes to say when it comes to how I feel about renting from chaffee all BS aside I have nothing but good things to say real talk???“
