One star. This place is an absolute joke! My son has high blood pressure. I made him an appointment a few weeks ago at the clinic in Hoover, Alabama. Monday they sent a text for him to confirm his appointment 12/1/22. He confirmed. We arrived to be told by a nurse he didn’t have an appointment. There was no provider available today. When we got back in the car, he checked his e-mail. His appointment has been cancelled due to “office closure.” The e-mail was sent 4 hours before the text asking him to confirm. You guys need to do better! No one has time to waste these days. My son is walking around without his medication. If anything happens to him, you will be held responsible. That is a promise! I do not recommend. Just a FB glitch.
