If I could give 0 stars I would. Michelle did give me advice for my step father’s home so I do appreciate that. However, once I signed a contract to sell, that was a different story. She’s NOT knowledgeable to sell a fixer upper house.I terminated our contract after 3 weeks because her marketing strategy is listing on Zillow, Redfin, and Trulia. She stated, “I haven’t received any calls and I have it posted on the World Wide Web.”She doesn’t understand how to attract investors. I listed the home on Facebook marketplace and immediately received interest. I sold my home for the full asking price WITHOUT a realtor.
