Jennifer is awesome!!! She is wonderful about helping you find your dream home. You give her your wants and needs and she is fantastic about finding the hidden treasures.
I live in California and asked a couple of Fort Smith realtors to help price my mother-in-law's home in Fort Smith so that we could sell it to a neighbor in a private party transaction. Jennifer gave us by far the most useful and complete information. If the neighbor's offer had not been fair we would have certainly gone with Jennifer to sell the home. If she did this well for us with nothing on the line for her, I can only imagine how great she would be for those wishing to buy or sell through her.
