Another HVAC company told me I had an irreparable problem with my furnace and it needed to be replaced. After getting their price on a new system, I called several other companies to get quotes, including J&K. When Jason came out to give me the quote, he checked out the system and saw a wiring issue that could be quickly and easily corrected. Turns out the unit functioned fine once that issue was fixed, and I don’t need to replace it right now. His diligence and honesty saved me thousands. During an earlier service call, a J&K Service Technician discovered that my coolant was leaking at the copper coil on the air handler. J&K ordered a new coil and arranged to install it. The day it came in their service team arrived on schedule and installed a new aluminum coil. The entire installation took less than two hours. Following their recommendation, I agreed to have them install a shut-off valve for my A/C system. Jerry and Maverick worked well together and stayed hooked up as they moved through the processes. We now enjoy cooler A/C and we're extremely happy with the outcome of having called J&K Heat and Air. Couldn't be happier.Service: A/C system repair

A/C quit working so we called around to different places to get someone out ASAP. No one could get out to us until next week.
