“John has come by twice to fix my appliances and went way above and beyond both times. The first time, my fridge had a clogged drain line. He flushed it then helped me find the part numbers for the plastic drawers in the fridge at no charge.Then, he came by to fix my range and diagnosed that the infinite switches were burning out. He quoted me a price to fix them and recommended that I NOT pay him to do the work because it would be expensive and there were other expensive parts on the stove that were probably at end of life too. He recommended that I get a new oven even if it meant he didn't make more money on the deal. Seriously looking out for his customer and honest as they come.PLUS, he mentioned he grew up in HVAC and I mentioned I was having a problem with my blower.
