I've purchased eye glasses from Graham Optical on two seperate occasions (I use the Greenwood office). I'm absolutely satisfied with the service & products I recieved. I picked up some new frames & lenses today and couldn't be happier.

surprised by amount of time and attention the optometrist gave me...all the staff were super friendly and helpful...the 7 -10 day wait for pick up is a fair trade for the degree of involvement... it looked that way to me... but my script ??? 2 ????? ????, so who knows what it really looked like?

I paid the fee for an eye exam for the sole purpose of buying new glasses. I didn’t have money to purchase the glasses at the time, so I got my prescription and was going to buy glasses when I could afford them. I went to FINALLY buy my glasses today after saving the money to do so, and the website wanted a pupillary distance, or PD, and it wasn’t listed on my RX. I called to see if I could get that information and they said no, and that I would have to come in, and pay $20 to get that info. Tell me why I ALREADY paid for an eye exam for the sole purpose of getting glasses and then these people want to tell me I have to pay more money to get what should have already... read full review
