Do not use Family Tree. They showed up for a couple of hours, not really sure what they even did other than tear up my yard, then left without even saying anything. I called and got the "we'll finish up tomorrow." They didnt show up,, i contacted again and they said theyd be back the next day and never showed. They stopped answering messages and only responded when i said Id find another company. Not sure how theyre even in business. I guess they make more money doing multiple half-jobs than completing jobs. Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. Dont waste your time or money

Dont hire them, they wont finish the job. They'll just keep telling you it will be a few more days and eventually quit answeing you. But theyll definitely send a questionable invoice. Biggest bunch of morons I've ever dealt with

I never leave reviews, but I had a particularly bad experience with this company. I called to have a few sprinkler heads fixed and there was a lot of miscommunication between staff. After finally getting out there, the service professionals did not even talk to me, left without notice, and my sprinklers didn’t get fixed. I got an invoice in the mail for $100. After calling, every week for the next three weeks to get somebody back out there, I finally gave up. I talked to the same manager every time I called and he never had any recollection of our previous conversations. He was always flustered and never remembered to get my name down on the service list.
