The service tech was very nice and answered any and all of our questions and/or concerns! We have been using them for years. We had an issue in our guest bathroom and they came out and had it taken care of in just a couple of days. They had to replace some studs and drywall and got rid of the termites at no cost to us. I highly recommend elite, they are a very honest and reputable company!!!
I had a very nice young man; named Brad; that was very knowledgeable ; professional and did not act like I was a bother. I appreciated him . He answered all questions I had . He did his job efficiently and in a timely manner. Very Satisfied with the service I received. I requested Brad to be the young man to service my home.
Techs are always super nice. Only problem is they don’t keep their schedule usually. This last time we had a 4 pm appointment and they showed up at 1:30. They have never been late though, only earlier than expected.
