~$1300 for a very poor experience... They kept my car over three weeks for a three hour fix, lied multiple times about calling me with an update, lied about timeframes for when I could get my car from them, and found my weekly struggles without a car amusing over the phone..
People warned me about Crain's service quality, but I didn't have a choice but to take my vehicle there. Never again..
Sadly, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for your servicing needs.
I got a chance to see firsthand how the claimed Kia Telluride warranty delivered. This vehicle was bought new. The shark antenna is about to fall off at 16,000 miles. Also a interior plastic moulding piece will not stay fastened from their installation of Homelink garage door. Their Service Manager inspected these items and asked me if I had been thru a automatic car wash? I then asked him if their top of the line SUV was not to be taken thru a car wash?? He did not reply but left me standing with no response to my polite question. I then asked a young lady service writer if it also was covered? She had no answer but would have to call me back. I also asked what was involved in the 15,000 mile service to which I had received an email that I needed. She had no answer but would have to call me. Five days later I received the call that these items would not be covered under warranty and she still did not know what was covered with the 15,000 mile service. Folks this is what you get for their touted warranty for a vehicle they are now charging above MSRP. Let the buyer beware!
My sister in law who doesn't know much about vehicles went and bought a Soul. She didn't tell anyone but then brought it by my office for me to see. I was amazed that there was a 3 foot deep scratch along the side and a dent in the rear panel. She paid a lot of money for a damaged car. I would think when someone spends that kind of money they would have had the car gone through Being that they can get it in shape much cheaper than a customer could. I was very shocked that they would sell a vehicle in that shape.
