The float therapy was my first to ever try. It was an amazing experienc, definitely did not expect the outcomes. The spa setting was welcoming, relaxing, soothing to the ear, and provided inner peace. Float therapy consisted of me floating in warm water that allowed me to relax my muscles and relief tension on my back. The room was dark, with star like gaze lights, and relaxing music. The time went by so quick and it’s definitely worth the wait! This is the ONLY float spa in Fort Smith and I can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time experiencing a float pod. and as a larger man with extreme lower back pain, and joint discomfort I was pleasantly surprised how amazing I felt after just one hour in the pod. The atmosphere and ambience of the spa was very relaxing and clean! The owner Ashley was extremely professional, and explained exactly what I needed to do. I will absolutely be putting this in my weekly routine!!!

Ashley is phenomenal! It was my first time so I had my reservations but right from the start she made me feel comfortable. She took her time going at my pace and answered any questions I had. Bonus points for the chocolate she leaves you.I highly recommend Ashley!
