Broke down right outside of Forrest City AR while headed to Hot Springs. I talked to Tj and he priced me which was fair especially having to haul back to Memphis.... he did everything he said. Timely pick up and dropped off. Great communication with me through the whole process. Thanks Tj for the excellent service!!!!
I was stuck on side of the road in a big truck. I had a hole in a air tank. After the First wrecker break down called realized how hard the call was the refused it. Not these guys! came quickly and despite what seemed like a impossible situation to get brakes to release they figured it out and got me to the shop. They where the nicest guys you would ever meet. If you have issues on I40 between west Memphis and Little Rock call them first. THANKS
We were stranded in the dark on 40W. The police called in Diamond D to assist with getting the car to a place that could replace the battery. Fischer picked us up and was so kind and helpful. They replaced the battery and found the problem to actually be the alternator. Diamond D took the initiative and contacted a local mechanic. The car was fixed for a reasonable price and we were back on the road by 10am. Excellent customer service, kind and helpful! Highly recommended!Services: Battery service
