The staff is extremely professional and attentive. I got a cartilage piercing a few weeks back and I can tell the staff knows what they’re doing! The entire process was fairly quick and I left the appointment feeling very satisfied with my new piercing! Everything in the shop is very sanitary and well kept. I’ve come back twice— once for their free piercing replacement which is an awesome and convenient option for flat back jewelry, and a second time to address an infection that cropped up after I went to the beach (infection was my own fault for not keeping up with sanitary maintenance!) Went there to get my ears pierced on 6/26/24. They were very professional, nice, and did a very good job. They also have a nice clean shop with beautiful decor.

I got my first tattoo from Aisha Saturday. Im so happy with it. She explained the process very well and the environment took away any nerves I had about the experience. She took her time making sure it was perfect and printed out multiple pictures to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Great experiment overall !!
