Overall very satisfied. Our house turned out beautiful! Inside and out. There were just a few things that came up that I was surprised of. However, being first time home owners/builders, that's expected. Just be sure to get your water, sewer and electric hookups done. The electric company and water company do not do that. ? We weren't able to use our toilets for the first 2 weeks after we moved in (to no fault of ubh), these things happen. They were very accommodating and I would recommend to anyone building their first home, especially as a cost effective option. I am currently building a home with the Fayetteville office and can say I have enjoyed working with Jerry Kordsmeier (sales), and Rick Reed (construction superintendent)they are both available anytime for any questions you may have on your new build and return calls in a timely manner. Everything so far has been professionally done, and as someone who checks my building site regularly, they've done what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it.

Mr. Jerry K & Mr. Greg, and Ms. Katie at UBH in Fayetteville Arkansas went above and beyond taking care my husband and I new home. They did a wonderful job keep us posted about everything ?. If there were millions stars ?, I would give millions of stars. ☺️ Please, if you needed to built ? a new home, reach out to those two awesome gentlemens at UBH ( United Built Home ) in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
