“During the recent tornado, a tree fell on my mother’s house. We called Low Rate and they came out within a couple hours and promptly removed the tree. We did have some back and forth about the final clean up, but in the end, Brad was very understanding and professional and stood behind their word. I would highly recommend Brad, but would also recommend getting everything in writing, clearly describing the expectations when signing a contract to avoid any confusion. Thanks Brad!!“
