“Hannah was a dream to work with for my wedding. She did my hair and makeup and trials for both. I was coming from out of town, and she communicated well prior to my arrival. She looked at all my inspiration photos. She did two hair options in my trial and learned my hair quickly. By the day of, she made adjustments to make sure my hair would stay for the whole day indoor/outdoor in July. That's impressive! She arrived exactly when we'd discussed and was prepared. To top it all off, I had a blast chatting with her in both the trial and the day of. She was such a calm and fun presence.“

“Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to this salon for about 4 years and it’s always well kept and feels clean. Hailey, the manager, has also been the best and is a big reason why I choose to come back. I love seeing a familiar and friendly face every time I go in and feel that Hailey goes over the top to make sure everything is running smoothly for me and other customers as well. After being in my hometown for a month and having to tan at the PBT there, I never realized how organized and well managed this store was! All the stores have the same products but it’s the staff and manager at this location that make it so great!“

“Tanned consistently from Dec 2023 to May 2024, went 2-3x a week, out of the six months of going only once did someone remember my name, most of the time I was asked full name and birthdate which feels like you're at a doctors office. Can't say I had an experience like other reviews where they stated "remembered who I was before I even walked through the door". This was not my experience, sometimes it felt hurtful to not ever be remembered after going consistently. Also, avoid stand up bed #3. It didn't work in February and didn't work again in April either when I was put in it. If you do stand up, bed 7 is your best option as number three doesn't have any air movement or music and you're just in a hot box with no air the whole time. Everyone is friendly but overall I've had a sub par experience the past six months.“
