I was very pleased with the service. They were able to come to me the very next day when everyone else I was calling for service was a week or better waiting list. My car wouldn't start, just a click when we turned the key. It was determined it was the starter, we bought the part ourselves and they came out, checked out a few things, replaced the part in an hour and it started right up. They also changed a cracked hose they noticed and let us know what else needed attention and other helpful tips. They were very professional and attentive. Much appreciated. I will be using them again!
I cannot fully express how wonderful and unexpected our experience was with Stevie. My husband and I are in Texas and were trying to get car repairs done for our daughter who lives in Springdale. After she agreed to come do the repairs the next day, our daughter’s car totally quit that night and ended up in a parking lot. Stevie went to the car, got the key and made sure we needed what we said we did. She found all the parts for us, we purchased them online and she picked them up. She came to our daughter’s apartment complex and did all the repairs, sending me pics while she worked and telling me and sending more pics of other maintenance things the car needed. Stevie agreed to come and do pre-purchase inspection on Saturday even though I called her a day before. She went beyond! She gave very helpful comments on the carfax report or what I should pay attention to, and while doing inspections she explained me throughly. She and Sean really cared about customers and we appreciated it! I wish I had them in my town.
