It's my favorite monthly self-care. My favorite part is that all of their staff are non-intimidating. I've been to some spas/estheticians previously that made me feel embarrassed about my skin or intimidated for not knowing much about different treatments. Fizz is the opposite! They're approachable, explain anything you want about the products they are using in simple terms, and embrace questions or imperfections! Love them!“

Hailey, the manager, has also been the best and is a big reason why I choose to come back. “Tanned consistently from Dec 2023 to May 2024, went 2-3x a week, out of the six months of going only once did someone remember my name, most of the time I was asked full name and birthdate which feels like you're at a doctors office. Can't say I had an experience like other reviews where they stated "remembered who I was before I even walked through the door". This was not my experience, sometimes it felt hurtful to not ever be remembered after going consistently. Also, avoid stand up bed #3. It didn't work in February and didn't work again in April either when I was put in it. If you do stand up, bed 7 is your best option as number three doesn't have any air movement or music and you're just in a hot box with no air the whole time. Everyone is friendly but overall I've had a sub par experience the past six months.“
