“July 2024. I normally do not leave reviews for products or services, because I have rarely been super impressed with the company or product. My experience with Arcadia Roofing and Siding changed this. I wanted new siding, instead of repainting, for my house. I got 4 estimates, all local businesses in NW Arkansas area. First thing I noticed about Kai from Arcadia was how respectful, polite and down to earth he was during the estimate process. He seemed genuinely interested in making me happy as a customer and providing me with what I wanted and needed...he did not try to sell me any extras or upgrades, etc. I felt very comfortable and not pressured talking to him. Well, needless to say, I chose Arcadia to do the work on my house. The other 3 company's I spoke with all seemed to have an air of superiority to them, like alot of salesmen/contractors I have experienced in my lifetime. Also, Arcadia had the best cost estimate with quality name brand (I researched) materials. Two other estimates were close, but a few thousand more, but one estimate (a highly regarded and well reviewed company in NW Arkansas) gave me a quote of TWICE the price of Arcadia...He had no explanation as to why, since the process he gave me was going to be the same as all the others...He said "We are not known to be cheap"... Well, all that said, the proof is in the pudding, the RESULTS. The siding turned out immaculate, beautiful, perfect...I can't believe how beautiful the house looks now! The siding crew was polite, hardworking, and extremely skilled. The cleanup was great! And all through the process, Kai would communicate frequently to notify me of each step, address any questions or concerns I might have, and help me with things I think were extra and not really part of the expectation. He was great and is a great person! I was not forgotten by the company as has happened by other contractors I have dealt with. I was so impressed that I ended up using Arcadia, and Kai, to complete interior repairs, roof repairs and new gutters that I needed. He actually saw damage on my roof that I would never have known about, helped me file an insurance claim, worked with the insurance company after they low balled the initial claim, which resulted in a MUCH higher claim check. Jay, another representative for Arcadia, also helped me when Kai was on other jobs. Jay was extremely nice, polite, helpful, and provided detailed answers to my questions that greatly helped me understand the construction process of the work on my house, and the insurance claim process we were dealing with. He is great! All contractors should be as good as Kai and Jay...It would make for much less stress and great results in home repairs. I was blown away by the level of customer service, professionalism, and the beautiful end results of Kai, Jay and Arcadia Roofing and Siding!!!“

“I highly recommend First Star. They were there for me in the toughest time when my house was crushed by the large tree beside our house during the May tornados. They were out so quick to help with emergency tarping for us. They even came back and tarped again once the tree was removed. They are very professional and kind. As you can imagine, that was a very stressful time for us but having them respond so quickly and help in any way they could, helped us get through it all. You won't be disappointed if you choose to work with them.“

Inspection was very thorough and we received numerous videos of the roof and the areas needing repair was clearly indicated. They are a few weeks out on repair due to the recent tornadoes in the area but they eventually completed the job. Very professional and workmanship is good and meets our satisfaction.“
