Tanned consistently from Dec 2023 to May 2024, went 2-3x a week, out of the six months of going only once did someone remember my name, most of the time I was asked full name and birthdate which feels like you're at a doctors office. Can't say I had an experience like other reviews where they stated "remembered who I was before I even walked through the door". This was not my experience, sometimes it felt hurtful to not ever be remembered after going consistently. Also, avoid stand up bed #3. It didn't work in February and didn't work again in April either when I was put in it. If you do stand up, bed 7 is your best option as number three... read full review

I will be moving to the Fayetteville area soon. So, I decided to call the local tanning salons in the area, and I was lucky enough to talked with Payton. Payton was extremely professional. She was very knowledgeable, every question I asked her she knew the answer, she didn’t have to go ask somebody else or put me on hold. She talk to me like I have known her, my whole life. I look forward to moving to Arkansas and tanning with Palm Beach Tan.
