I just had my first colonoscopy on March 6th. Once I arrived, the day of the procedure, it was the best possible experience. The staff, nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist were all so great! I had anxiety since I had never had one and they were all so good with me. They even checked on me over the weekend to ensure I was doing ok. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
I am unfortunately well acquainted with the healthcare system in northwest Arkansas and these folks were so thorough, kind and supportive across the board from front to back. Very grateful for their care!
I am almost 67 years old. This was my first colonoscopy. I had dreaded it so much, I always talked myself out of it.
I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with the folks at NHGE. I was confident that I was in good hands. . Not so bad after all! All of the caring staff helped make it better. The communications were clear and instructions thorough. The “go juice” is pretty awful, but doable. It really was refreshing to be cleaned out for a couple of days.
