This is the original nail salon in Fayetteville. Mr. Jim is the kindest and most caring owner. I love going and I ask for Ben. I have ingrown toenails and am pretty picky about how my nails look and feel. Ben is so sweet, takes good care of his customers and does an excellent job. I've been to many nail salons in NWA and keep coming back to Natural Nails because Mr. Jim cares about his clients and people and it shows in his family run business.

What a kind staff! Ben did my nails this morning - he was so friendly and painted with such care and precision. While I was getting my nails done, I witnessed the owner, Mr. Jim, and another woman help a customer carry her baby and belongings over to the pedicure station without a moment of hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful morning!

They did a great job with my pedicure. However, when we walked in we were given a price for the basic pedicure which we agreed upon. They gave us books to pick our polish color for gel polish. At checkout it was $20 more because we used gel polish. We will never go back.
