SEE EDIT AT THE BOTTOM. DISSAPOINTED.There are so many positives about this place I can’t possibly name them all. The staff is easy to relate to while remaining professional. They have so much experience, and they are extremely knowledgeable about the treatments they’re performing. The atmosphere feels very clean and light. The treatment itself of course hurts. I am getting full laser hair removal and 2 tattoos removed. I would say I have an extremely high pain tolerance and I hardly feel the leg hair removal besides around my ankles. I recently visited the Fayetteville location for a Hollywood facial. The staff were amazing and the service has been wonderful! Very happy with my experience and results. I saw some of the earlier poor reviews after signing up and was a little surprised and a bit concerned going forward but was told that was from previous staff and management that is no longer there. Again, so far my experience has been great…and no they didn’t pay me to say this :)

Came here for Tattoo Removal. All of the staff is so kind, caring, and professional. They accommodated to all my needs and are so flexible when scheduling. I’m planning to return to have laser hair removal! Very excited.
