I'm sure Dr Henry is a good doctor but his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. I'm 67 years old and when I had misunderstood or had forgotten to shave an area for surgery he was visibly upset. I'm 67 years old and made an honest mistake. He made me feel as if I were an idiot without any regard for my personal feelings. I felt horrible but his response was "What was there to misunderstand?" I wanted to ask him if he got his jollies belittling senior citizens but considering he would be cutting on my face in a minute I continued to apologize. Thankfully he is not the only Mohs surgeon in the area.

My initial impression was a friendly and courteous staff that were knowledgeable and helpful. Upon my actual procedural day they were efficient but again friendly and welcoming. All the surgical staff were professionally competent and able to put me at ease with explaining the step by step events to take place. I found Dr Henry to be polite and informative but also highly focused on ensuring I knew exactly what was going to happen. Overall I am very satisfied with how I was treated and the Mohs surgery I experienced so far. I especially appreciate the post surgical welfare check later that day. I will update this after the bandage removal and healing have taken place.

The doctors, nurses, and other staff were professional and compassionate. They were concerned about my comfort and well being. Dr. Henry even called me a few hours after my surgery to check on me, which was greatly appreciated.
