I walked into Eden's with a TO DO LIST. I was making bouquets for my bridesmaids proposals that needed to be done that day. I walked in with a mission and they accommodated to it. It's refreshing to see a business go out of their way to help their customers even if it doesn't fit their schedule. Eden stopped what she was doing to help me pick and wrap 6 different bouquets. She used her own ribbons and tied them with bows.
This store is fun to look around in, they have little gifts, an assortment of flowers, decor, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in there and it made my hectic day turn exciting.
My daughter had her birthday party at Eden’s Botanical recently. Eden was so great with the group of teens and was responsive to emails. The store itself is so cute. Definitely worthwhile and the favorite birthday venue we’ve had.
Beautiful shop! Incredible customer service! Eden and her staff are extremely friendly and eager to help with any needs! They made a beautiful wrapped bouquet on the spot when I needed it asap! 10000/10 would recommend! No better service in NWA!
