Absolutely wonderful experience! The customer service was amazing and the repair is perfect. I needed my laptop screen replaced, after calling nearly 10 places throughout NWA this was the only one that said they could fix it & they did a wonderful job! I am beyond pleased with this company.

So, my son's computer went out right before they were sent home from school because of COVID-19. His hard drive burned up and he lost everything. It's his own fault, but I digress. Because he has a YouTube channel, he was unable to edit any videos. So, I spent time trying to find somebody to fix it without spending an arm and a leg and I'm not tech-savvy enough to do it myself. But I remembered I met Reginald at a business expo and still had his card in my truck. I dropped it off with them and they very quickly installed a new hard drive and got the computer up and running even faster than what it was before. Because this happened during the pandemic, they did a nice job making sure they washed their hands and kept more than 6ft. distance when I dropped it off. They also wiped the computer and disinfected when I picked it up, although I did it myself too. I appreciate them taking the pandemic seriously and making sure we all stayed safe. I highly recommend them as a great resource to fix your computer. I'll be taking my Mac book to them once everything calms down and we get back to a normal life.

This is the best place to bring your computers if you have any problems, they are professional and helpful. Cory assisted me with two of my macbook computers he called me through the day with updates and developments, and was able to help me fix my computers.
