Dang Eyecare & Associates, P.A. offers friendly and efficient service from reception to checkout. Patients praise the staff for being super nice and helpful. The office is comfortable and conveniently located next to an Eye Mart Express. The practice is also open on weekends to accommodate urgent needs.
My opinion is partial because the OD I went to see is my husband. However, having seen him in different offices, including our own a few years back, I was impressed with the design and fluidity of the office and the explanation of each test that was given to me.
They have always been very nice. Today they were understaffed. I think they could have handled that stressful situation better. But then I don't know all the facts. I had to leave because I ran out of time.
The people at this eye center are friendly and appear to really care about their patients. The only reason I dropped 1 star is because I have seen 4 different Drs in the past 4 years. I was a patient of DR Briggs for 10 years before Dang Eye Care bought the practice, so I'm used to the same DR every year. All of them have been kind and thorough, so no complaints, just like knowing my eye DR knows me.
