“Overall very satisfied. Our house turned out beautiful! Inside and out. There were just a few things that came up that I was surprised of. However, being first time home owners/builders, that's expected. Just be sure to get your water, sewer and electric hookups done. The electric company and water company do not do that. ? We weren't able to use our toilets for the first 2 weeks after we moved in (to no fault of ubh), these things happen. They were very accommodating and I would recommend to anyone building their first home, especially as a cost effective option. Sure you have to pay out of pocket for quite a bit, but that's to be expected whether building or buying. Overall, we saved money. Hope everyone else that chooses them has a lovely experience like we did! And hopefully, I've saved someone a headache by mentioning the hookups. LOL

“I should have written this review like a year ago, but I kept putting it off. Pick-it did a FANTASTIC job building my house, and they did it during the pandemic while sticking to their quote. They were transparent, responsive, and professional. You hear a lot of horror stories about using general contractors, but none of those apply to Pick-it.I also want to give a shout-out to Bill McFerrin, the GC who worked on our house. He's a great guy and did a wonderful job keeping the train on the rails during the construction process.I recommend Pick-it to anyone who asks, and I'll use them again.“

They were extremely timely, highly professional and informative. This is clearly a very well run company.“
