I absolutely love Club Pilates - I am addicted! The instructors are amazing!! There are different types of classes to challenge my body and my mind! I just had a private training session with Jay Dee and I can not recommend PT w/ Jay Dee enough. She made adjustments to my movements, and taught me proper breathing, and overall making me love Club Pilates even more than I already did!! Try a class, you will not regret it!
I love starting my days with classes at Club Pilates (The Hill). All of the instructors are amazing and they take their time to watch and correct each person's form and explain the purpose behind each movement and sequence. The variety of classes and levels keeps the workouts fresh and interesting. From cardio to strength to HIIT to flow, every class With Pilates, there is such a strong mind-body connection that the workouts are very meditative and help develop strength and flexibility for everyday life.
