I can't do half stars but I'd rate 2.5 stars. They definitely are just a little rude and I'm not too happy with the customer service at the front desk. I took my bearded dragon here because they said they had a reptile specialist. Well the specialist was telling me some pretty outdated things. Linear UVB is really the only UVB that bearded dragons should have. Any other bulb is inadequate as it either puts off too much UVB or not enough. They recommended a coil UVB bulb it looks like. They told me to soak my bearded dragon for his stuck shed, but bearded dragons are dry shedders and don't need soaking. Soaking a shedding bearded dragon is actually very bad for them and can cause bacterial infections if water gets trapped under the shed. It's just they've been taught some very outdated information and it's their responsibility to keep up with new information and research. I recommend the YouTube channel Reptiles and Research! Overall generally pleased with the care and support for my dragon. He's well on his way to recovery!
Worst experience I've ever had at a veterinarian clinic. A few months ago I took my oldest dog in there because she was itchy. The vet automatically prescribed me allergy medication they cost me $110. Was not the issue. Same dog I took her in there a month ago because she had rashes on her belly. They proceeded to do blood work. Prescribe me three medications. Total cost $350 I think. As soon as I left the building they called me and told me not to give her one of the medications. I asked for a refund they told me no because it's already left the building. Meantime no one called me about the blood work I repeatedly call them daily with no response. Took them a week and a half before till I got a response from them. They told me go ahead and bring her in and they would see her in the lobby so it won't be a charge. The same veterinarian said that they could do and more blood work and ultrasound because she don't know what's going on. Weddings and animal hospital all they want to do is screw you out of your money. They want to run test that doesn't need to be done just so they have to charge you more money. Definitely would never ever recommend waiting for the animal hospital.
Staff was friendly and quick to get us back to the a room. There was hardly any wait from the moment we entered the room to the time we were finished. My only upset was that my out paperwork wasn't complete. There were parts of mine and my cats information that were not included. Therefore, I believe they didn't record all of the information I gave them into the patient records. Additionally: Came back for a follow up visit and I was with my significant other. We live in the same home, but own two different pets. They went ahead and combined our accounts even though we are different people with two different animals. Now I no longer have access to my pets information through their app. (Giving 4 stars because my pet is well taken care of and healthy that's all I can really ask for)
