“They called me to schedule the appointment. I asked how much a service call was. He stated that it would be $49. He said that if I let them do the work, they would discount the $49. I knew the problem. It was a bearing, and I said that you don't need to come out. I talked him into giving me a quote over the phone. They got back to me within 15 minutes and said we don't even change bearings on your type washer.“
