A very positive experience! I don’t live in ES - just in town visiting family and needed a doctor on short notice. I walked in, waited a little while, and was seen and treated by Cathy who was professional and knowledgeable. Megan at the front desk was very courteous and helpful too as she worked through insurance questions. Thank you, ladies!
Very kind, and very helpful. Since she knew I was self-pay Cathy made sure to find a medication that was effective but on the cheap side. The whole staff was very kind to me, which was nice as I haven’t been to a medical office in years.
Arrived on Thur as they opened. Great care...felt like Dana Howard was thorough and diagnosis was on point. She sent me for CT scan. Today I got a personal call from her checking on me. WOW thank you to all of the team.
