“Small job, broken hinge on my utility trailer. Called and they said bring it by. Took 10 minutes to repair. I went inside to pay and the boss said "No charge, not a big deal". Well it IS a Big Deal. That kind of customer service is what this world needs more. I asked if I could tip his welders. I persuaded the two young men working in the shop to take my gratuity against their waving me off as a "no big deal sir" initial response. I do have more work for them and as soon as I can get an opportunity I am taking the work to them. Be aware of whom you provide excellent service, they might put you to work.“
