Our technician Christopher is extremely polite and professional. He always calls and checks the day before to make sure this is a convenient time to do our service. I also receive a electronically generated text stating that he’s on his way. Upon arrival, he knocks on the front door to make sure I know he’s here and asks if there are any specific concerns that he needs to check.
