Health Solutions Massage Therapy

I should have already shared this post years ago. Kasey's knowledge of how the muscles and nerves work together seems, to me, to surpass what most massage therapists know.

My history with Kasey goes back maybe 15 years because both of our kids were in early elementary school. I had sciatic problems, and her massages coupled with exercise and visits to a chiropractor kept me from having back surgery. In 2015, I went back to her for chronic pain. She told me that I had pressure point pain for fibromyalgia and to see a doctor. She was right! Since then, she has been the only person I have been willing to see for a massage.

Now THAT'S a massage!!More later as I'm going backKasey really gives a therapeutic massage!! She knows what muscles do what and how they affect you.I have an old injury and she has done more in 2 appointments than most accomplish in a year
