I've dropped in multiple times on trips to Conway and have experienced nothing but excellence! It's an awesome facility that has everything you'll ever want/need. The coaches are top-notch and very intentional in giving you individualized cues to help you step up your game! If I lived in Conway, this would be my gym for sure!

Me and my family love Refine Active Health. We've been here for a few several years now and the community becomes family.The coaches are fantastic and constantly help you improve and modify movements. There are lots of classes to choose from and childcare provided pretty consistently.This place has become a second home to us and the members a second family.

I absolutely love Refine and I look forward to going there every day. Lindsay and Aaron have carefully worked with me as I'm rehabilitating a shoulder injury and worked with me on my diet (it's working!). Come check us out and be a part of our fitness family.
