I was a little nervous about going here, after reading the reviews. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I waited the normal amount of time for my appointment.
Whatever problems they might have had, have been corrected.
I highly recommend MSC Eye Associates.

Dr. Koontz was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, informative and very thorough. He covers all health hx considerations as they pertain to optometrical health and factors it in to the patient's overall well-being. He has a very chill demeanor, he answered any and all questions, I didn't feel rushed at all. Not my first time to see him, and every visit, I have walked away feeling glad I chose to schedule with him. The staff were great too. Never had a bad experience. Easy 5 stars.

Not sure who is responsible for policy, but they overbook here. All the time. Waiting times are long. If you work don't use this clinic. Unless you have 2, or more, hours to wait on a doctor.
