She has been a big help and blessing to me and my family, not only us but others as well. She is a God fearing woman and I'm glad she has came into our lives. She is there whenever and however she can help you out. When my parents had issues with their paperwork and didn't understand she came over and walked them through and explained it to them. My parents can't drive so once the paperwork is done she would take and drop them off for them. Mrs. Sherron Myles is a true angel and is doing a great job, we need more people like her. “Ok, this is the first review I have ever left for anything or anyone,individual or business,primarily because I feel reviewing a single experience I had, good or bad, does not gather enough information to leave a fair one. I have had experiences with businesses where I would have likely left a negative review had I done one, and upon return to the same business my 2nd experience was great. I have also had the opposite occur, where a great first experience would have earned a glowing review, only to have the next experience be a negative one. However, I have now had enough experience with Elite Home Health to leave an honest review, and felt compelled to do so because of the incredible service they provide me each and every time. Just to clarify, I am a 60 year old man who has had the opportunity to not only visit but live all over the world. I have also lived and worked in quite a few different industries from the largest to the smallest all over this great country. I have been on the sales side of some businesses, the technical field operations side of others,operations/management, international logistics, materials and purchasing , as well as serving as an independent manufacturing consultant,performing on-site plant-wide training in Lean Manufacturing methods. I am stating all that to basically say that having been around the block a few times, I can recognize when a business pays attention to the little details that put them in a position to be the best in their field. Elite Home Health Care has demonstrated to me that they GET IT. I was initially with a different home health care service and they were fine, but I had an issue on the Friday after Thanksgiving and I urgently needed to talk to a nurse to get some assistance with the matter. I was unable to get ahold of my agency’s nurse probably due to it being a holiday. I remembered being told from several different sources that Elite was the best HHC available in my area but not until after I had already hired this different agency, so I decided it may be worth a shot to call them to see if they could help. I was not really expecting much but wow was I pleasantly surprised! I was connected to their on call nurse Lydia within minutes. I explained to her my situation and told her I wasn’t a patient of hers. It did not matter as she was just interested in helping!…She asked me to facetime her to show her what I was describing and she told me exactly what to do, even saying she would drive to my house ON A HOLIDAY topersonally help me, a NON PAYING customer at the time if I needed her to. I did as she instructed and the problem was solved. I was completely blown away by her. After I hung up I immediately told my wife “We’re changing to Elite” which we did. I just completed my 6th visit with them and I must say that Elite’s very caring, highly knowledgeable, punctual and professional employees and top notch customer service puts them amongst the best of businesses I have encountered in any industry,anywhere. While I still have not met Lydia in person, I have been seen by 3 other nurses during my visits and all 3 are fantastic. Thank you Melissa, Bonnie and Aaron!…You are all 3 great examples of how Elite Home Health hires only the best!…So happy to have made that phone call!“
