I made an appointment to color my hair blue. When I made the appointment, I came into the shop so they could see my hair ( it's very long and thick) I was quoted around 100 for an all over color. When I arrived for my appointment with Tina, she told me it would be 50 more to do. I figured I was already there, so I said ok. I had pictures of the color I wanted.
