Giving two stars only because I never actually received care from this office so I can’t speak on that. However - I was searching for a PCP for my husband, contacted this office after looking over their website & feeling like they were what we were looking for. The office staff sent me new patient paperwork which I didn’t receive until the day after talking w her (which was ok) .. I returned the paperwork & had initially been informed it could take a week to process before we get a call on acceptance. I waited three days & called the office on Friday to follow up. Shorter than I was told, sure, but also expressed the urgency of my husband finding a doctor... read full review

I was planning to use this place to get a green card medical exam since it's closer than other civil surgeons, but I will instead travel a little further to avoid this place. The person I was speaking to about getting an appointment was incredibly rude and disrespectful about my decision not to take vaccines, which is based on my religious beliefs. I didn't ask for a professional opinion on the matter, just whether or not they could complete the paperwork and how much they charge. I will never give this place any business after my interaction with them.

If you are a current patient or considering being a patient of Freeman Family Medicine, I urge you to read this and reconsider.I thought long and hard about making a public post about a medical practice, but don’t want anyone else to experience incorrect diagnosis/horrific care.I refrained from this post two weeks ago after my labs were “mixed up with someone else’s” which misdiagnosed me with severe diabetes for 5 days before they caught the mistake of my A1C being 5.1, but my portal with my name on the top of the test stating 8.4.I overlooked that (even after metformin was called into my pharmacy and prescribed to lower my blood sugar which could have caused... read full review
