I went in for a baker's cyst behind my left knee. I've already had an ultrasound and MRI done to identify what was causing my pain. Unfortunately, the Dr didn't use the information sent over and said my issue is arthritis caused, most likely, by my weight and he gave me a cortisone shot.After the numbing agent in the shot wore off, I noticed I still have the same pain and discoloration. I ended up having to go back to my GP to verify I do have a baker's cyst and it needs to be dealt with.I'm upset and disappointed that, even though my referral was for this cyst and I mentioned directly to the dr the diagnosis I had, my MRI having been sent over... read full review
If I could give them 10 stars I would. My daughter broke her hand and they were pleasant from the start. They went above and beyond my expectations and even worked us in on short notice. They are all so pleasant from the check in staff to the nurses and even the doctor. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone!!!!
Sister in Law had to go for x-rays for her knee. We were checked in and processed thru pretty quickly. Staff was very polite and professional and our Dr. was great as well. He took time with us and made sure we knew all options.
