I had to go for a yearly eye check up today my brother and i had great time with Dr koonce who was our provider that took care of us we were very happy with the care we got he is very kind and he took awesome care of us today he is one of Conway finest he always do a good job of taking care of our needs he treat us well and he very kind and compassionate with my brother he has care for him for a long time and that how I met him and ask him if he would care for me that the best thing that has ever happened to me thanks for everything you do to see that our need are met would not trade you for a million thanks you make God blessed you.
My daughter lost her glasses at school. Every other clinic in the area couldn't get her in for 2 to 3 months. A friend recommended, we come here.They got her in within two days and Dr.Scaife and his team were amazing. We were in and out in less than an hour. I don't remember everyone's names, but I do remember Katie, Maggie, and Autumn! From scheduling the appointment, the visit itself, and even communication afterwards, all around an excellent experience
I genuinely love this place. They are always quick, efficient, and everybody is very friendly. Great very selection of glasses too! You can make appts online and confirm through text messages, perfect for people like me who never answer their phones! Lol
This place is 30 miles from my house, but it's worth the drive!
